We have exciting news-our beloved MCCA weathervane has been reproduced and will soon grace the roof of the Forge!
At the New Deal Festival last month, members of the Appalachian Blacksmith Association unveiled the weathervane. Using the original from 1934, they painstakingly recreated an exact, working replica. In total, they donating countless hours of work and materials, valued at a total of more than $15,000. We are beyond thankful and cannot wait for the day that we can install it!
