The bylaws of Arthurdale Heritage,
Inc. require that at least one-third of our 24 member
Board of Directors be comprised of original homesteaders or their descendants.
A "Yes" in the Desc. column indicates compliance with this section of the
bylaws.
Board members are elected, by the
membership, in July,
for a three year term that begins in October of the year elected.
Board members may serve two consecutive terms.
Officers are elected, for a one
year term, by the Board of Directors,
at the October Board meeting.
The Board meets monthly on
the last Thursday of the month, with adjustments around holidays.
All members are welcome to attend our board meetings.
